Virtual Conceptual Design Consultation
(Plus applicable taxes)
To begin each project with the end in mind, we must start with a concept! We bring your concept to life through our Conceptual Design Development process and life-like Renderings.
This is the beginning step of our Design Plan Process. We will have two scheduled appointments for your project, assisting you virtually. We begin with a 30 minute, deep dive focus meeting, via ZOOM, to ensure we have captured your lifestyle in the design and the remaining time will be spent crafting and rendering your concept, for ONE space.
We will provide a detailed conceptual design (via email) for your ONE space, to prepare you for your next step in your project! Your final presentation will be a 60 minute meeting, via ZOOM, to review your concept. The design concept, rendering and shopping list that will be provided is intended for use during the preliminary design stage of your project.
Have another room, and need more time for design. Absolutely, we can add-on to this service by room for as many as you need.
HOW IT WORKS
You will begin by purchasing the Conceptual Design Consultation (on this page) to get started.
You will then refer to your secure account in MyDoma (our online platform to manage our working relationship). Within your Studio, you will have access to all of the tools necessary for your project. In the left column you will find your menu. Please APPROVE all items in your 'FILES & MEDIA' so that we may move to the next step.
Once all 'FILES & MEDIA' have been checked APPROVED you will receive a Services Agreement (Contract) in your Studio requiring signature.
Once the Services Agreement have been signed, we are ready for your 30 minute Launch Meeting!

During your final 60 minute Conceptaul Design meeting via ZOOM, we will present your space planning, furniture layout and styling through our 3D renderings.
At this time we will be availabe to discuss your project and answer questions while making reccomendations for your next phase in your design process.
At the close of our conversation, you will recieve a material and décor shopping list plus thorough instructions on how to style your space.
Each item will include details as to where you can purchase, and you will be able to order, track, and install your items as time and budget allows.
If shoppable decor revisions are requested, there is a limit of 1xper room, and must be communicated during your Design Presentation.
*Oversized rooms will be considered more than ONE SPACE and require add-on services.
*New Construction Projects and/or Large Remodel Projects with multiple rooms will require add-on services.
*Package details for extra small rooms, such as a Powder Room, will be handled on a case by case basis.
