Do you dream of better flow, a more functional space? We love a designed space that makes sense from the ground up or reinventing a room to just feel right. We want to help you with your interior design layout.
We will schedule two appointments, starting with a 90 minute minute Kick-Off on-site or virtually at your project. On the final 30 minute appointment we will provide design RED LINE edits to your existing plans, to prepare you for your next step in your project!
The design edits that will be provided are intended for use during the preliminary design stage of your project only. The design RED LINE edits are for Design for Construction or Design for Remodeling interior plans, up to 2500 square feet. Starting at $2350.
Have another room, and need more time for design. Absolutely, we can add-on to this service by room for as many as you need.
HOW IT WORKS
Step One
You will begin by purchasing the Floor Plan and Layout Consultation (on this page) to get started.
You will then refer to your secure account in MyDoma (our online platform to manage our working relationship). Within your Studio, you will have access to all of the tools necessary for your project. In the left column you will find your menu. Please APPROVE all items in your 'FILES & MEDIA' so that we may move to the next step.
Once all 'FILES & MEDIA' have been checked APPROVED you will receive a Services Agreement (Contract) in your Studio requiring signature.
Step Two
Once the Welcome Packet and Services Agreement have been signed, we are ready for your 90 minute Kick-off Meeting!
